A few years ago, I was given a book called, "Passion for Flowers." As soon as I opened the book and browsed through pictures of decadent floral designs, I knew that I wanted to learn the art of arranging flowers. For several years, I worked in the cable business, gaining valuable marketing and sales experience. I left my corporate career and enrolled in the Floral Design Institute. The first day I walked into the classroom, I fell in love with the excitement and beauty of designing flowers.

I worked in a flower shop to gain working knowledge of the floral industry. I began moonlighting, laying the groundwork for owning my own wedding floral business. The Flower House, created in 2001, specializes exclusively in weddings for the Colorado bride. We promise to transform your ideas into exquisite floral designs.
